Turbosound Flex-Array Demo Wrap-up |

Over 60 people enjoyed the Turbosound Flex-Array Demo in Hartford, CT, sponsored by DL Reps on Thursday, February 19th. If you are not familiar with the Flex-Array, please check it out here. This is the perfect system for both national touring acts AND for when you need a quick ground stack for a local show. Sound in New England will never be the same!
I was personally blown away with the speed and ease the two 6-box arrays were flown and taken down. The event was at The Warehouse which is a fairly large club just west of downtown Hartford that presents some of New England’s finest bands as well as national acts. Turbosound was represented by Brad Stephens, the national sales manager. We also welcomed Phil Garfinkel from Audix microphones who did part of the program. Many participants remarked to me how the real world experiences of these two FOH sound engineers really added a lot to this event. I couldn’t agree more. Everyone enjoyed the music of Tsoul Tsunami who came along and performed so that both the club and the interested production companies could hear the system work with a live band.
We also had considerable interest in our Subaru-sized Turbosound mini-system consisting of a single digitally-powered B-15DP and a pair of NuQ-8DP. The performance of this tiny set up was amazing. Stay tuned for more DL Reps events, bringing the best in music and sound to dealers, contractors, and consultants throughout New England.
